Juneteenth Jollof Rice

- Chicken broth - 3 cups
- Bay leaves - 2

- Cilantro - - Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Step 6 - π²π₯π°οΈCover the skillet and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 20-25 minutes or until rice is cooked through and liquid is absorbed.
