This recipe captures the heartiness of American bites while respecting the rules of the Keto diet. Our star ingredient is the ever-versatile Cauliflower, here transformed into a vibrant, cheesy 'bread' that houses delicious, smoky, pulled chicken.
Ingredients (for 2)
- Cauliflower - 1 head - finely ground in food processor
- Eggs - 2 large - beaten
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup - shredded
- Smoked chicken breast - 200 grams - shredded
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Lettuce - a handful - shredded
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 - halved
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - to taste

Step 1 - 🔥🌡️📝Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
