Happy Children's Day! Today, we are making a fun and visually stunning dish that's perfect for kids. This dish features a classic kid's favorite breakfast item, pancakes! We'll be using colorful ingredients like strawberries, blueberries, and bananas, and arranging them into a fun and festive design that will really wow the kids.
Ingredients (for 4)
- All-purpose flour — 1 1/2 cups
- Granulated sugar — 3 tbsp
- Baking powder — 1 tbsp
- Salt — 1/2 tsp
- Whole milk — 1 1/4 cups

- Unsalted butter — 3 tbsp — melted and cooled
- Fresh strawberries — 1/2 cup — sliced
- Fresh blueberries — 1/2 cup
