- Fresh cilantro - 1 bunch - finely chopped
- Kimchi - 1 cup - diced into small pieces
- Bread flour - 3 cups
- Dry yeast - 1 tablespoon

- Sugar - 2 teaspoons
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
