Ingredients (for 4)
- Sirloin steaks - Four 5 oz - sliced
- Cumin - 1 tablespoon
- Coriander - 1 tablespoon
- Cayenne pepper - 1 teaspoon
- Pumpkin - 2 pounds - peeled and cut into chunks
- Garlic clove - 1 - minced
- Fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon - grated
- Coconut milk - one cup
- Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - - chopped, for garnishing
- Sesame seeds - - for garnishing
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
