This recipe brings together the traditional flavors of Japan with seasonal kale to create an interesting, non-traditional dish. Key ingredients include miso, trout, and, of course, kale.

- Kale - about 5 stems - finely chopped
- Miso paste - 2 tablespoon
- Trout fillets - 2 pieces
- Sushi rice - 1 cup
- Furikake - 2 teaspoon
- White sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Black sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Pickled ginger - - to garnish
- Olive oil - - as needed
- Sea salt - - to taste
- White sugar - - a pinch
