Did you know? Sushi originates from Southeast Asia and was a method of preserving fish in fermented rice. Todayβs sushi has evolved from this early style and often doesnβt involve fermentation. Enjoy creating your unique skyline, perhaps discuss the history of those landmarks while crafting your sushi cityscape. It's a delightful way to engage kids for some fun sushi prep!
