- Oyster mushroom - 50g - finely sliced
- Spanish oranges - 2 - zested and juiced
- Dark chocolate - 200g - chopped
- Heavy cream - 150ml
- Unsalted butter - 50g
- Granulated sugar - 50g
- Egg yolks - 2
- Ready-made tart shell - 1 - small
