This Peking Gourmet Crispy Chicken with Peanut Sauce embodies a perfect harmony of crunchy textures and rich flavors, apt for the grandeur of the Peanut Day. To spruce it up, one may include red bell pepper to the vegetables for an extra punch of color. It pairs well with steamed rice or noodles.
