- Ripe persimmons - 4 - sliced and pitted
- Ripe avocados - 2 - peeled and sliced
- Pomegranate seeds - 1 cup
- Caribbean mixed spices - 1 tablespoon
- Rum - 2 tablespoons - optional
- Lime - 1 - juiced
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh mint leaves - for garnish
