Additional
Fun Fact: Quinoa, native to South America, is considered a superfood due to its high protein content and abundance of vitamins. It's a complete protein, containing all nine essential amino acids. Feel free to swap out spinach with kale or arugula for an extra punch of flavor. This dish is a great way to get kids involved in the kitchen - they can help rinse spinach, mix the salad, and make the lemon-dill dressing. Remember to supervise them at all times for safety.
