- 4 large eggs - 4 - none
- 1 orange - 1 - zested and juiced
- 150g shiitake mushrooms - 150g - sliced into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 1 tablespoon - none
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup - 1 tablespoon - none
- 100g sour cream - 100g - none
- 1 tablespoon honey - 1 tablespoon - none
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - 1 tablespoon - none
- Salt and pepper - to taste - none

Step 1 - 🍄🥣🕒In a bowl, mix the shiitake slices with the soy sauce and maple syrup. Let this sit for 15 minutes.
