In this innovative recipe we will infuse traditional Indian flavors into the humble celery stalk, slow-cooked to perfection. The star of our dish, celery, is paired with aromatic Indian spices to make a heartwarming and unique dish.

    Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, add onions and sauté until they are softened.

    Stir in garlic, ginger, turmeric, garam masala, and cayenne pepper. Cook until the mixture is fragrant.

    Transfer the mixture into a slow cooker. Add chopped celery, almond milk, and salt. Stir well to incorporate all the ingredients.

    Cover the slow cooker and set it on low heat for 6 to 8 hours or high heat for 3 to 4 hours.
