Ingredients (for 4)
- Kale - 2 cups - stemmed and torn into pieces
- Smoked pork belly - 1.5 pounds - cut into 1-inch cubes
- Heirloom beans - 2 cups - soaked overnight
- Large onion - 1 - finely chopped
- Garlic - 4 cloves - minced
- Smoked paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Ground cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Beef broth - 4 cups
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - to taste

Step 1 - 🍳🥩🔥Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cubes of smoked pork belly and sear until brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
