- Bread flour - 2 cups
- Active dry yeast - 1 tablespoon

- Fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon - freshly grated
- Kaffir lime leaves - 2 - finely chopped
- Coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 1/2 cup - warm
- Red chili pepper - 1 - thinly sliced for garnish

Step 1 - 🍲🍚🌱In a large bowl, combine the bread flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Stir in the soy sauce, ginger, and finely chopped kaffir lime leaves. Add the chopped fresh parsley.

Step 2 - 💧🥣👐Add warm water to the dough mix. Begin to knead the dough in the bowl until it becomes smooth and elastic.
