- Spinach - 1 cup - fresh
- Garlic - 4 cloves - minced
- Red onion - 1 medium - thinly sliced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Chili flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Hollandaise sauce - 1 cup
- Fresh herbs (dill & parsley) - handful - chopped
