- Carom seeds (ajwain) — 1 tsp
- Fresh rosemary — 1 tbsp — chopped
- Parmesan cheese — 1/2 cup — shredded
- Active dry yeast — 1 package
- Warm water — 1 cup
- Sugar — 1 tbsp
- Olive oil — 2 tbsp
- Salt — to taste
