The magic of this recipe is in the fusion of global flavors with a local produce staple, Sweet Potato. Ingredients (for 4)
- Large sweet potato - 2 - peeled and diced
- Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 2 tsp
- Carom seeds (ajwain) - 1 tsp
- Fresh rosemary - 1 tbsp - chopped
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup - shredded
- Active dry yeast - 1 package
- Warm water - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Preparation

Step 1 - π πΏβ²οΈPlace sweet potatoes in a steam basket over boiling water. Cover and steam until tender, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.

Step 3 - π₯£π§ͺπ§In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.

Step 4 - π²π₯π§π₯Add the mashed sweet potato, flour, spices, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
