- Shredded mexican cheese blend - 1 cup
- Sundried tomatoes - 1/2 cup - chopped
- Fresh thyme - 2 teaspoons - chopped
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Greek yogurt - 1/2 cup
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
