- Medium apples - 2 - cored and thinly sliced
- Chicken breasts - 1 pound - cut into thin strips

- Broccoli - 1 cup - chopped
- Peanut butter - 1/2 cup
- Low sodium soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Fresh lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Red chili flakes - 1-2 teaspoons
- Fresh basil leaves - 1 cup - crushed
- Sesame seeds - - for garnish
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - - to taste

Step 1 - π³ππ§Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, cook until golden brown and cooked through. Set aside.
