    Mix 1 cup rice flour, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 cup of water, 1 cup of coconut milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 2 finely chopped green onions until you get a smooth mixture.

    Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour about 1/4 of the batter into the pan, swirling it to create a thin pancake. Fry until the bottom is crispy and golden. Flip and cook the other side for a few minutes.

    Take the pancake out of the pan, place it on a kitchen towel to drain any excess oil.
