    In a large pot, bring water to boil and cook the fresh wheat noodles as per packet instructions. Once done, strain the noodles and set them aside.

    Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add shredded chicken thigh fillets and cook until lightly browned.
