This BBQ Swiss Chard Wrapped Jerk Shrimp Skewers bursts with Caribbean flavors. Combining succulent shrimp marinated in homemade jerk sauce, the earthy swiss chard and sweet, caramelized pineapple, it checks all boxes for a delightful BBQ.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Swiss chard large leaves - 8 - blanched
- Large shrimp - 24 - peeled and deveined
- Pineapple - 1/2 - cut into chunks
- Jerk marinade - to taste - Homemade or store-bought
- Ripe avocado - 2 - for garnish
- Lime - 2 - cut into wedges, for garnish
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
