Cajun Mint BBQ Chicken Thighs

Capturing the essence of both Cajun cuisine and BBQ with a refreshing touch of mint, this dish reinvents traditional flavors. The key ingredients are the Cajun Spice Blend, our unique Mint-infused BBQ Sauce, and the boneless chicken thighs that soak up every bit of the spicy, minty goodness.

- Boneless chicken thighs, skin on - 6 pieces - none

- Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons - none
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tablespoon - none
- Apple cider vinegar - 2 tablespoons - none
- Ketchup - 1/3 cup - none
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon - none
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons - none
- Salt and pepper - to taste - none
Preparation

Step 1 - π₯β‘οΈπ‘οΈPreheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2 - ππ§πΆοΈRub the chicken thighs all over with Cajun spice blend, salt, and pepper. Let them rest.

Step 3 - ππ΅π₯In a saucepan, combine chopped mint, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, ketchup, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Bring to simmer on medium heat.
