Chopped Summer Salad with Mustard Dressing

Ingredients (for 4)
- Fresh corn - 2 ears
- Medium tomato - 2 - diced
- Small cucumber - 1 - diced
- Avocado - 1 - diced
- Radish - 4 - sliced
- Lettuce - 3 cups - chopped
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Salt - - to taste
