This dessert recipe features the perfect fusion of an American classic and a French delicacy. An homage to New York's famous dessert, the cheesecake, is reborn with the incorporation of the luxurious French pastry, Mille Feuille. This is my decadent and visually stunning recipe for Creamy Cheesecake Mille Feuille.
Ingredients (for 8)
- Puff pastry sheets - 12 sheets - rolled and cut into squares
- Cream cheese - 3 cups - bring to room temperature
- Sugar - 2 cups
- Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
- Eggs - 3
- Sour cream - 8 ounces
- Raspberries - 2 cups
- Dark chocolate - 100g - melted
- Powdered sugar - 2 tablespoons - for dusting
- Salt - A pinch

Step 4 - π§π₯£π₯Combine the cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Beat till it turns into a smooth mixture.

Step 5 - π₯π¨π§Add the eggs one by one to the mixture, then add the sour cream, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.

Step 6 - π₯Άππ½οΈOnce the puff pastry is ready, let it cool and set it aside.

Step 7 - π°π²π₯Spread the prepared cheesecake mixture between the baked puff pastry squares for creating layers.
