Ingredients (for 4)
- Romaine lettuce - 1 head - leaves separated
- Chicken breast - 4 - cut into strips
- Garlic cloves - 2 - minced
- Capers - 2 tablespoons - drained
- Lemon - 1 - juiced
- Dijon mustard - 2 tablespoons
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Red radish - 3 - thinly sliced for garnish
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Preparation
