- White mushrooms - 500 grams - wiped clean and quartered
- Firm tofu - 250 grams - drained and cut into cubes
- Sesame seeds - 2 tablespoons - toasted
- Soya sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Hoison sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Maple syrup - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves - minced
- Ginger - 1 inch - finely chopped
- Cilantro - to taste - garnish
- Red chili strands - to taste - garnish
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste

Step 1 - 🕐🔥🎛️Preheat your oven to 200C (400F).

Step 4 - 🍳🧄🔥In a saucepan, heat the olive oil. Sauté the garlic and ginger until they become fragrant.
