Additional
For an extra kick of heat, you can add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the Cajun seasoning. This dish pairs wonderfully with some grilled corn on the cob and a side of Southern-style coleslaw. A refreshing glass of iced tea or a crisp white wine would make for the perfect beverage accompaniment. Feel free to modify the mango salsa by adding fresh diced avocado or pineapple for additional flavor and texture. Get the kids involved by letting them help toss the shrimp in the Cajun seasoning and assemble the mango salsa.
