- Ears of corn - 4 - grilled and kernels removed
- Cans of young jackfruit in brine - 2 - drained and shredded
- Large ripe avocado - 1 - mashed
- Pint cherry tomatoes - 1 - halved

- Bunch fresh cilantro - 1 - chopped
- Lime - 1 - juiced

Preparation

Step 1 - 🌽🔥✂️Prepare your grill and grill the corn until all sides are slightly charred. Allow to cool then cut off the kernels.
