Ingredients (for 2)

Preparation

    Marinate the lamb chunks with Harissa paste and let it sit for at least 30 minutes
  2. Step 2 - 🔥🍳🍖
    Heat up 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet and sear the lamb chunks until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside
  3. Step 3 - 🍳🥗🌰
    Using the same skillet, add the remaining olive oil, diced kohlrabi, and artichokes. Sauté them till they are golden brown and set them aside
