This recipe blends the flavors of two cuisines, Italian and Indian, to create a unique and seasonal bread. The combination of whole wheat flour, honey and saffron will make your taste buds sing!
Ingredients (for 4)
- Whole wheat flour - 2 cups
 - Active dry yeast - 1 packet
 - Honey - 1/4 cup
 - Saffron - a few strands
 - Salt - 1 tsp
 - Olive oil - 1/2 cup
 - Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
 - Fresh herbs - 2 sprigs
 - Water - 1/2 cup
 
Preparation

                    Step 1 - ππ§πDissolve saffron in warm water in a small bowl.

                    Step 2 - π΄πΎππ―π§π«In a large bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, yeast, honey, salt, olive oil, and saffron water.
