To make our Bibimbap pop, we're selecting fresh, seasonal vegetables and marinated beef strips for a feast of flavors and eye-catching appeal.

Ingredients (for 4)

Preparation

    Stir-fry each vegetable separately in a small amount of sesame oil, seasoning with a pinch of salt. Set each cooked vegetable aside.
  2. Step 2 - 🥩🍄🍳
    Stir-fry the marinated beef strips and shiitake mushrooms until the beef is fully cooked and the mushrooms are golden brown.
  3. Step 3 - 🍚🥕🥩
    Divide the cooked rice among four bowls. Arrange each vegetable and the beef beautifully near the center of the bowl over the rice.

    Place the sunny-side-up egg in the center of each bowl, over the vegetables and beef. Sprinkle each bowl with toasted sesame seeds.
  5. Step 5 - 🌶️🥣🍽️
    Serve with gochujang paste on the side, allowing each person to add to their own taste.
