From above, you'll see a beautiful serving bowl filled with a patchwork of vibrant, finely chopped vegetables creating an artist palette of color. At the center sits tender, marinated beef strips alongside a perfectly runny, sunny-side-up egg. The rich gleam of the egg yolk beckons to be pierced, releasing a cascade of yellow to enrich the contrasting colors.
