The plate features two warm, golden-brown, thinly rolled crêpes gently folded. Shimmering sliced strawberries peak out from the delicate folds, and a dusting of powdered sugar adorns the top. Smears of luscious mascarpone cream give this dish a rich and luxurious finish. Topped with a solitary, perfect strawberry, it is framed with jubilant sprigs of fresh mint leaves for that pop of color.
