Additional
The Kobe beef patty is the jewel of this recipe, originating from the Tajima strain of Japanese Black cattle and renowned for its flavor, tenderness, and fatty, well-marbled texture. If making with children, they'll love helping assemble the burgers/handling veggie prep, and even forming their own smaller patties! For a vegetarian spin, replace beef with a Portobello mushroom, marinated and grilled.
