- Ripe but firm plums - 8 - divided
- Chicken thighs and chicken drumsticks - 4 chicken thighs and 4 chicken drumsticks - none

- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons - none
- Shallots - 2 - finely chopped
- Garlic cloves - 4 - finely chopped
- Red wine - 1 cup - none
- Chicken broth - 1/2 cup - none
- Sprigs of fresh thyme - 4 - none
- Butter - 2 tablespoons - none
- Honey - 2 tablespoons - none

Step 1 - π₯π―π₯Puree 4 plums and strain the juice. In a saucepan, simmer the juice with honey until it thickens to a glaze consistency.

Step 3 - π³π₯πHeat the olive oil in a large skillet. Add the chicken and sear until golden brown on all sides. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
