Ingredients (for 2)
- One bunch of parsley - 1 bunch - finely chopped
- Garlic cloves - 3 cloves - minced
- Kimchi - 1 cup - finely chopped
- Gochujang (korean red chilli paste) - 2 tablespoons
- Flour - 2 cups
- Dry yeast - 1 package
- White sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Warm water (110 degrees f/45 degrees c) - 3/4 cup
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - for brushing

Step 1 - π§ππ¬Mix dry yeast, sugar and warm water. Wait for it to froth.

Step 2 - πΏπ§‘πMix flour, parsley, garlic, kimchi, gochujang paste, and salt. Add activated yeast mixture and knead. Adjust water or flour as needed.

Step 3 - β²οΈππCover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for an hour.

Step 4 - π₯β²οΈπPreheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Step 5 - π₯π―π₯Shape the dough into a loaf, place on a baking pan, brush with olive oil and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
