Shrimp Avocado Zing Smoothie

This vibrant fusion cuisine smoothie is a literal and metaphorical blend of classic smoothie flavors and an unexpected seafood guest: shrimp. Suculent shrimp pair with rich avocado and tart green apple, supported by a zesty ginger-lemon kick for an refreshing and truly unique taste adventure.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Shrimp, 8 pieces - 8 pieces - grilled until firm
- Avocado, 2 medium - 2 medium - pitted and peeled
- Green apple, 1 large - 1 large - cored and quartered

Step 2 - 🥑🍏🥛🍋🥬🍯In a high-speed blender, place 2 peeled and pitted avocados, 1 cored and quartered green apple, 3 cups of fresh spinach, a 2-inch piece of peeled and grated ginger, juice of 2 lemons, 1 cup of unsweetened Greek yogurt, 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk, 2 cups of ice cubes, 2 tablespoons of honey, and a pinch of salt.

Step 3 - 🌪️🍹🥥Blend the mixture until it is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk. If it's too thin, add more ice or avocado.
