This twist on a Spanish classic will warm you up from the cold, boasting the rich, deep flavors of traditional Spanish ingredients, with a sweet punch from pomegranate seeds adding a unique twist. This recipe is perfect for brightening your day with its vibrant colors and flavors.
Ingredients (for 2)
- Pomegranate - 1 - seeds separated
- Chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on - 4
- Spanish onion - 1 - chopped
- Garlic cloves - 3 - minced
- Chopped canned tomatoes - 1 can
- Spanish olives - 1/2 cup - pitted
- Smoked paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
Preparation

                    Step 1 - 🍗🧂✨Season your chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

                    Step 2 - 🍳🍗🔥Heat olive oil over medium heat in a pan, and brown the thighs on both sides, then transfer them to the slow cooker.
