This alluring take on a classic American comfort food is perfect for a cool and damp day. With the perfect amount of heat from chipotle peppers and richness from smoked turkey, it's a low-carb delight you won't soon forget.
Ingredients (for 4)
- Smoked turkey - 1 lb - cubed
- Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce - 2 tbsp - chopped
- Chicken broth - 3 cups
- Riced cauliflower - 1 cup
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
- Medium onion - 1 - chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves - minced
- Avocado - 1 - diced
- Cilantro - 1 tbsp - chopped
- Sour cream mixed with prawn adobo - ½ cup - mixed with 1 tsp of prawn adobo
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Keto rolls - 4 - optional
