- Fresh parsley - 1 cup - finely chopped
- Bread flour - 3 cups
- Active dry yeast - 2 1/4 teaspoons
- Warm water - 1 1/4 cups
- Honey - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 - for egg wash
