 - Chorizo - 1 pound - casings removed
 - Corn tortillas - 12 pieces
 - Lime - 2 - juiced
 - Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
 - Romaine lettuce - 4 cups - shredded
 - Salsa verde - 1/2 cup
 - Cilantro leaves - 1/2 cup - for garnish
 - Salt - to taste
 - Pepper - to taste
 - Olive oil - for sauteing
 
Preparation

                    Step 1 - 🍋🥣🌱Whisk together the lime juice and heavy cream until it thickens slightly. Stir in the chopped chives and season with salt and pepper. Set the chive lime crema aside.
