Ingredients (for 4)
- Chicory — 2 cups — washed and chopped
- Linguine — 400g
- Garlic — 4 cloves — minced
- Red bell pepper — 1 — thinly sliced
- Carrots — 2 — julienned
- Peanuts — 50g — crushed
- Sriracha — 4 tablespoons
- Honey — 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce — 2 tablespoons
- Fresh lime juice — 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro — for garnish
- Olive oil —
- Salt —
Preparation

Step 1 — 🍝🔥💧Start boiling the linguine according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and keep aside.
