- One medium head of cabbage - 1 - finely shredded
- Eggs - 8 - beaten
- Cherry tomatoes - 1 cup - halved
- Feta cheese - 1/2 cup - crumbled
- Thai red chili - 2 - finely sliced
- Spring onions - 1/4 cup - chopped
- Garlic cloves - 2 - minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Toasted sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil - for cooking
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Onion flowers - for garnish - optional
Preparation
