Tropical Tomato Fete Salad

- Pineapple - 1/2 - cut into thin helical pieces
- Avocado - 1 - sliced
- Mixed baby greens - 2 cups

- Red onion - 1/4 - finely sliced
- Toasted coconut flakes - 2 tablespoons
- Pomegranate arils - 2 tablespoons
- Lime - 2 - cut into wedges
- Extra-virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic clove - 1 - minced
- Cayenne pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste

Step 1 - π₯π π₯On a plate, arrange 2 cups of mixed baby greens. Over the greens, thinly dispersed slices of tomato, pineapple, avocados, a sprinkling of chopped cilantro, and finely sliced red onions.
