Ingredients (for 4)
- Korean rice cakes — 1 pound — cut into bite-sized pieces
- Oil suitable for frying — 1 tablespoon
- Green onions — 2 — sliced
- Sesame seeds — 1 tablespoon
- Wooden skewers — 4-5
- Korean red pepper paste — 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce — 2 tablespoons
- Honey — 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar — 1 tablespoon
- Garlic — 1 clove — minced
- Toasted sesame oil — 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt — — to taste
- Pepper — — to taste
