Additional

Bánh mì is actually a term for bread in Vietnamese. The bread is introduced by the French during the colonial period. My twist? Turning it into a hearty, elegant brunch. To make it kid-friendly, substitute the shrimp with crispy chicken or tofu. Enjoy this fresh take on a classic!
