Ingredients (for 2)
- Baby bok choy - 8 - trim ends, wash and dry
- Sweet bell pepper - 1 - cut into thin slices
- Garlic - 3 cloves - minced
- Fresh ginger - 1 inch - grated
- Chili flakes - 1 tsp
- Sesame oil - 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Fresh summer tomatoes - 3 - diced
- Kalamata olives - 1/2 cup - pitted and chopped
- Fresh parsley - 1/4 cup - chopped
- Lemon - 1 - juiced
- Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Sea salt - to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper - to taste
- Toasted sesame seeds - for garnish
Preparation

Step 1 - 🍳🔥💧In a large wok or pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
