- Chicken thigh - 4
- Chicken drumstick - 4

- Bacon - 4 slices - diced
- Button mushroom - 10 ounces - quartered
- Carrot - 2 - sliced
- Onion - 2 - chopped
- Garlic clove - 3 - minced
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Red wine - 2 cups
- Chicken broth - 1 cup
- Tomato paste - 2 tablespoons
- Bay leaf - 2
- Fresh thyme leaves - 1 teaspoon
- Fresh rosemary leaves - 1 teaspoon
- Chopped fresh parsley - for garnish

Step 1 - ππ§Season the chicken thighs and drumsticks with salt and pepper.
