A pops of vibrant colors with deep brown glazed duck slices scattered on top of the slightly translucent stir-fried winter veggies, such as orange carrots, deep green Swiss chard, and pale yellow parsnips. It all sits under a glossy chestnut oyster sauce glaze, sprinkled with black sesame seeds. The stir-fry is plated on a black dish to contrast the vivid color palette of the meal.

A little about this dish

This unique fusion recipe is exciting for its surprising combination of flavors and textures, all while complying with a strict gluten-free diet. One main ingredient, the duck, adds a luxurious twist to the typical stir-fry. A final fox tip

For those who enjoy a bit of heat, a dash of gluten-free chili sauce can be added into the stir-fry. Kids can help by washing the vegetables and learning to prep them properly. This dish is also a good way to practice knife skills with the different cuts required for the vegetables.
