Invoke the warmth of the Italian coast with this creative take on traditional seafood staples. Uniting fresh prawns, succulent lobster and scallops with a rich tomato sauce and a playful dash of chives, this dish sings of elegance, comfort, and unexpected harmony.
Ingredients (for 2)
- Chopped chives - 2 tablespoons - chopped
- Deveined prawns with shells removed - 8 - deveined and shells removed
- Cleaned lobster tail - 1 - cleaned and cut into chunks
- Cleaned scallops - 6 - cleaned
- Large ripe tomatoes - 3 - chopped
- Garlic cloves - 2 - minced
- White wine - 1 glass
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Grated parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoon - grated
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- Garlic bread slices - 2 slices
Preparation

Step 1 - 🍳🔥🧄Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and fry until it's aromatic.

Step 2 - 🦐🦞🍳Add deveined prawns, lobster chunks, and scallops to the pan. Sauté until they are partially cooked, then remove from the pan.

Step 3 - 🍅🍷😋In the same pan, add chopped tomatoes, a glass of white wine, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 10-15 minutes until it forms a rich sauce.

Step 4 - 🦞🦐🔥Return the seafood to the pan and allow it to simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes until all the seafood is fully cooked.
